Portfolio Blueprint®, which you have selected for your plan, is designed to help you with the researching, selecting and monitoring of plan investments. Morningstar Associates will act as investment fiduciary for those plans that fully implement its recommendations.

Quarterly and Annual Monitoring Reports of the funds in the menu are produced by Morningstar Associates and subsequently posted to Voya's Web site. Morningstar will review individual funds, overall plan offerings, and recommend changes (deleting or adding funds) when the situation warrants it. Morningstar will also provide an annual analysis / summary on the fund menu applicable to your plan.
