The Payroll Feedback Service provides you the necessary data to update your payroll system with Participant's plan related payroll deductions. The Payroll Feedback File and Payroll Feedback Report contain individual participant specific transaction data. Additional information and samples can be found on the Payroll Feedback Information Guide.

Payroll Feedback File - A comma delimited, plain text (CSV) file that is easily opened with commonly used spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel. Because this file can be uploaded directly into your payroll system, the column headings for the file are provided separately.

Payroll Feedback Report - A user friendly and printer-friendly report provided in PDF format for your convenience. The report contains the same information provided in the Payroll Feedback File including column headings.

Supplemental Payroll Feedback File- a comma delimited, plain text (CSV) file that provides additional information detailing participant activities that may impact your payroll. This file can be downloaded for any given period. To retrieve this file for a specified date range, select a valid "start date" and "end date" and click "submit" below. Historical information is available back for 24 months.

File Column Headings - Feedback files do not contain column headings to allow you to easily upload to your payroll system. If you need the column headings, click this link to view and use with the Payroll Feedback File.
