Voya Fund Evaluation Scorecard^SM

The Voya Fund Evaluation Scorecard ("Scorecard") analysis is calculated semi-annually as of June 30th and December 31st of each year. The objective of the process is to critically evaluate every fund in our various products and report the results to our Plan Sponsor customers. The Scorecard reports may then be used to assist Plan Sponsors with respect to the ongoing monitoring and review of the investment options available under their plan.
