These most recent enhancements focus on simplifying the user experience, by allowing you to customize your page layout, search and filter results more intuitively and get answers to the most frequently asked questions.

• Through the Customize your experience link, you'll be able to drag and drop tiles into a layout that best suits your needs on the Homepage, Plan Summary page and Participant Summary page.


• The Plan and Participant List pages have been refreshed and include better filter and sorting functions that will get you to the information you need faster.


• Other changes include better visibility around request and action items, clearer as of dates and a new Help and FAQ section that answers questions that you may have.
