Sponsor Web Access Authorization

The Web Access Authorization system will allow you to:

Set up a user to access the Plan Sponsor Web site

Edit a user's Web site access

Suspend or terminate a user's Web site access

Assign user's access / permission to plan, participant and payroll information

A user can be assigned the following access / permission information:

Access Type	Permission	Functionality (Some or all of the functionality may be available to your plan)
Plan	Inquiry Update None	View plan level financials (assets, plan balance), usage reports, publications, forms and other plan related information as well as set / change mail delivery preferences. Mail Delivery Preferences is not applicable to all plans. Plan Inquiry functionality and in addition, the ability to update plan-specific information. Update capability is not applicable to all plans. User does not have the ability to view and / or update plan level information.
Participant	Yes No	User has ability to view all participants in a plan and their account information, including access to Voya’s participant website. User also has access to view participant level reports, including actionable reports. These users will receive e-mail notification when actionable reports are generated. List all participants for a plan and view their account information. User does not have the above capability.
Payroll	Yes No	Submit contributions and other files for processing. User does not have the ability to submit contributions and other files for processing.
Distribution Management	Review Approve None	Ability to Search and View Distribution Management Tasks Ability to Approve Loans and Withdrawals User does not have access to Distribution Management
ERISA	Yes No	View Annual Compliance information. User does not have permission to view Annual Compliance information.
Administrative Rights	Yes No	Authorizes / controls access to the Voya Plan Sponsor Web site. User does not have the ability authorize / control access to the Voya Plan Sponsor Web site.
REA/EASE	Yes No	Authorizes / controls access to the REA/EASE Plan site. User does not have the ability authorize / control access to the REA/EASE Plan.
Request Management	Yes No	User has the ability to view and submit requests to Voya through Request Management. User does not have the above capability

If you manage multiple plans, you can set a user's access to be the same for all plans under your management or set a user's access to be different by plan for the plans under your management.
