A monthly pension benefit of $3,926.88, commencing August 1, YYYY, and payable to you for your lifetime with the provision that, in the event of your death prior to receiving 60 monthly payments, the same monthly pension benefit will be continued to your beneficiary until the remainder of such payments have been made.

10 Year Certain and Life $3,719.06

A monthly pension benefit of $3,719.06, commencing August 1, YYYY, and payable to you for a total of 120 monthly payments. In the event of your death prior to receiving 120 monthly payments, the same monthly pension benefit will be continued to your beneficiary until the remainder of such payments have been made.
