Introduction
Your Plan's service provider, Voya FinancialTM ('Voya'), has entered into a relationship with a third party, Morningstar Investment Management LLC, to provide retirement plan participants with investment education and advice with respect to your retirement plan account(s) with VoyaTM.These services are delivered to you on the Morningstar® Retirement Manager website through a seamless integration with Voya's participant Web site. Morningstar Retirement Manager is provided by Morningstar Investment Management LLC, a registered investment advisor and a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc., and is intended for citizens and legal residents of the United States and its territories. Morningstar Investment Management LLC's advisory service relates solely to the investment options offered under the plan. Retirement plan funding products are offered through Voya Financial Partners LLC (member SIPC) or other broker dealers with which it has selling agreements. Voya provides Morningstar Investment Management LLC with information about the plan's investment options and participants but the decisions regarding the advice provided are Morningstar Investment Management LLC. Voya and its companies are not affiliated with Morningstar, Inc. or its affiliates and receive no fee or other direct financial benefits from Morningstar in connection with the use of its services. The Morningstar name and trademarks are used under license from Morningstar, Inc.
Voya is not responsible for determining how you invest the assets in your retirement plan(s) or for ensuring that you accumulate sufficient assets in your plan(s) to meet your retirement objectives.
Accessing Retirement Manager Services
To learn more and sign up for Morningstar's Retirement Manager services, you must read and accept Voya's Terms and Conditions, and then proceed to the Morningstar website. On that site, you will receive additional important information about Morningstar Investment Management LLC and its services. You should review that information carefully.
Privacy
When you use Retirement Manager, Voya will provide Morningstar Investment Management LLC with certain personal information about you and your plan(s) that Voya has received from you or your employer and maintains in order to provide services to you. (Please see the Morningstar Investment Management LLC privacy policy for the types of information collected by Morningstar Investment Management LLC.) This information is needed by Morningstar Investment Management LLC to provide appropriate investment advice to you. By electing to utilize Retirement Manager, you are providing Voya with consent and direction to provide this information to Morningstar Investment Management LLC. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
Fees
The Manage My Plan Manually service is available at no charge.
Important Considerations
If you have assets in a self-directed brokerage account or company stock Morningstar Investment Management LLC will consider such investments in its recommendations, but may not provide specific analysis or suggest or implement reallocation of those assets. Morningstar Investment Management LLC assumes that your assets are fully vested in your retirement plan(s) when they provide their advice recommendations.
If you have a balance in a fund or funds that no longer accepts deposits, including transfers, and you choose to participate in the Morningstar Retirement Manager service, you acknowledge that Morningstar's recommendation may include an order to liquidate 100% of the balance in any such funds.
The recommendations made by Morningstar Investment Management LLC may be influenced by the information provided to them about you and your financial situation. Please ensure the information used by Morningstar Investment Management LLC is complete and accurate, and updated on a timely basis. For instance, if you pay off a retirement plan loan early, you should be sure to alert Morningstar by visiting their website as such information may result in a change in their recommendations. If you provide Morningstar with such information, Morningstar will assume that it is accurate and timely.
If you utilize the Manage My Plan Manually service, you are solely responsible for determining whether or not to implement Morningstar Investment Management LLC's recommendations. If you have received advice from other advisors or used other asset allocation models, those results may differ from the advice you receive from Morningstar Investment Management LLC.
