Web Access Authorization

Displays the users you have set up for Sponsor Web site access and their access information. Allows you to add, edit, suspend or terminate users' Web site access.

The plan’s Primary Contact will have access to the Web Access Authorization tool. The Primary Contact is the individual typically charged with managing day-to-day site access for the Plan. The Primary Contact has the ability to control and administer the level of access for each user.

The Web Access Authorization system will allow you to:

Set up a user to access the Plan Sponsor Web site,
Edit a user's Web site access
Suspend or terminate a user's Web site access
Assign user's access / permission to plan, participant and payroll information

A user can be assigned the following access / permission information:

Access Type	Permission	Functionality (Some or all of the functionality may be available to your plan)
Plan	Inquiry	View plan level financials (assets, plan balance), usage reports, publications, forms and other plan related information as well as set / change mail delivery preferences. Mail Delivery Preferences is not applicable to all plans.
	Update	Plan Inquiry functionality and in addition, the ability to update plan-specific information. Update capability is not applicable to all plans.
	None	User does not have the ability to view and / or update plan level information.
Participant	Inquiry	List all participants for a plan and view their account information.
	Update	Approve participant loans and add / update participant's profile information (ex: participant address, date of birth). Participant Update may not be available for all plans.
	None	User does not have the ability to view and / or update participant information.
Payroll	Yes	Submit contributions and other files for processing.
Payroll	No	User does not have the ability to submit contributions and other files for processing.
Administrative Rights	Yes	Authorizes / controls access to the ING Plan Sponsor Web site.
Administrative Rights	No	User does not have the ability authorize / control access to the ING Plan Sponsor Web site.

If you manage multiple plans, you can set a user's access to be the same for all plans under your management or set a user's access to be different by plan for the plans under your management.
