Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a login Id?
To access your organization's retirement plan information online, you must first register with Voya through the plan administrator at your organization.  If you are the plan administrator, or if there is no designated plan administrator at your organization, please contact your Voya Plan Manager.

What to do if I forget my User ID?
If you've already registered and have forgotten your User ID, click on "Forgot your User ID" on the Log-In page.

What to do if I forget my Password?
If you've already registered and have forgotten your Password, click on "Forgot your password" on the Log-In page.

Can I change my Password?
Yes.  You can change your password any time by logging in, navigating to the My Profile page and selecting Change Password. After changing your password and selecting save changes, a confirmation message will be displayed and e-mailed.

Will my account become inactive?
Yes, your account will become locked after 365 days of inactivity.  To un-lock your account, enter your User ID and Password on the Log-In page.  From there, you will then be directed to the Change Password process to create a new password.

Who can access my plan information?
Access to your plan information is limited to you, your retirement partners here at Voya, and any other authorized parties at your organization.
