- Download and install the app on your Android or iPhone by searching for “Google Authenticator”.
- Open the app and follow the instructions in your mobile device, allowing the Google Authenticator app to access your camera and take pictures.
- Go to the Voya website, select Google Authenticator app option and scan the QR code with the app.
