If you have had a reportable distribution, Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company (VRIAC) will mail your tax forms via U.S. Mail the following January. VRIAC is providing tax forms online for informational purposes only. In the event that a corrected tax form is needed, it will be mailed to you via U.S. Mail, and the corrected tax form will also be posted online. If your email address is on file, you will be notified via e-mail of the tax form posting. In order to access these documents you will need [Adobe Acrobat Reader]. Tax laws are very complex.
