You should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of the investment option carefully before investing. The prospectuses/prospectus summaries/information booklets containing this and other information can be obtained by contacting your local representative.

The Voya Lifetime Income Protection Program "portfolios" are target date asset allocation models through which amounts are invested in target date funds (the "Funds") and multiple variable annuity contracts (the "Contracts"), each issued by a different insurer. A portfolio's allocation between the Funds and the Contracts is based on the portfolio's glide path, which increases the allocation to the Contracts as the portfolio approaches its target date. A portfolio is not an investment separate from its allocation between the Funds and Contracts, is not an investment company and has not been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Information shown for each portfolio is a blend of the returns and expenses of the Funds and Contracts, as applicable.

Please read the information carefully before investing.
