Deferral Elections

I understand that my deferral election for base compensation will not be deemed to automatically apply in subsequent Plan Years and that if I fail to submit a timely election for a future Plan Year, no part of my base compensation for that year will be deferred under the Plan. The foregoing deferral election is voluntarily made by me after reviewing the terms of the Plan and with knowledge that this Enrollment Agreement is irrevocable until changed in accordance with the terms of the Plan and applicable law.
